One plan for the whole family trip.

Roamfolk keeps the itinerary, who is coming to what, and where everyone is staying in one place, so the group chat can go back to being a group chat.

An example of the per-person view.

Everything a group trip needs, nothing it does not.

  • A shared itinerary

One schedule for the trip that everyone can open, with the plan for each day.

  • RSVPs for every person

Answer for yourself, your kids, or relatives who will never install an app. Each person gets their own answer.

  • Alerts when plans change

When an organizer moves or edits an event, the people it affects are told, and there is a Changes tab to catch up on.

  • Lodging info, kept private

Door codes and WiFi details are visible only to the people staying there, not the whole trip.

  • Viewer links

Send a read-only link to someone who just needs to see the plan. They do not need an account.

  • Works offline

Your itinerary and lodging details stay available on the road, in the cabin, or wherever the signal drops.
